Project Scheduling is a practical approach to using Microsoft Project® as a comprehensive tool for planning, tracking, and managing projects. Participants have the opportunity in the classroom to use Microsoft Project® in developing project plans, including timeline, resource management, cost management and plan optimization. This course is targeted at beginning to intermediate level Project Managers, but it also enhances the skills of more experienced project managers who desire hands-on training with Microsoft Project®. As a result of attending this class, participants acquire a practical sense of processes that drive the development and management of a project’s resourced schedule.

Class members have a hands-on experience using Microsoft Project®, under the guidance of experienced project managers. Participants follow a case study through the life of a project, practicing critical elements of plan development, tracking and management.
