PMP® Exam Prep is designed to prepare students to successfully pass the Project Management Professional exam issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This course is also designed to satisfy the 35 hours of project management education required by PMI in order to qualify to take the exam. Participants learn PMI specific project management skills from certified PMP® instructors and apply them to a simulated project that allows them to experience each process and knowledge area.
This course is based upon the Project Management Institute’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). It has proven very beneficial in preparing students for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam.
