Program Management Simulation

Program Management is a critical skill in executing the strategy and vision of an organization!  As a project manager, portfolio manager, or program manager we are often faced with the daunting task of managing multiple projects, programs, and on-going work with limited or constrained resources!

This advanced workshop is designed to develop your skills in dealing with the daunting task of multiple projects and programs in concert with limited or constrained resources.

During this engaging two-day simulation workshop participants will manage 15 months of the Technology Renewal Program. This program includes projects dealing with all aspects of the Miller Global company's strategic vision for improvement of it facilities, IT, and new product development.

Participants manage the program for 15 months, as projects are initiated, others are closes, and on-going work fluctuates. During the workshop participants must focus on the program, learn to prioritize projects based on stakeholder input and feedback, financial measures, business requirements, and other benefits promised by the projects.

This workshop conforms to the Project Management Institutes's ® new program management standard.
