	YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT At Milestone Management, we know that your privacy is important to you. It is also very important to us. That's why we want you to know about the personal information we collect, how we use that information, and with whom it may be shared. The only information that we collect is information that you provide when you sign up for our training classes; join our newsletter, or when you place an order in our bookstore. We use that information to service your account and to personalize your experience at Milestone Management. We'll never share that information with third parties interested in e-mailing you or sending you our own e-mails without your consent. HERE'S THE INFORMATION WE GATHER When you sign up online for our classes, we ask for certain basic information to service your account including: Name, shipping and billing addresses, e-mail address, phone number and payment information. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION For your convenience, you may pay for your classes by credit card. When you mail in your order, if you choose to pay by credit card, we'll keep your credit card information on file; but we'll never make that information available to anyone except the person who is processing your order. When you order online, our website is secure for your reassurance. WHY YOUR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS ARE SECURE We use state-of-the-art encryption technology to safeguard your transactions. The technology used is SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is supported by all web browsers that are version 4.0 or newer. Your information, including credit card information, is encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We never display your credit card information. WITH WHOM INFORMATION IS SHARED We do not share your personal information with any other company or organization. All of your information is kept strictly confidential. We will release your personal information to the proper persons when we believe, in good faith, that we are required to comply with laws or legal process, enforce our user agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of Milestone Management persons or other persons or entities. EMAIL ADDRESSES We never sell or rent your name and email address to other companies or organizations without your consent. You make the decisions on how you would like to hear from us. In addition, all promotional email that you receive from Milestone Management will always allow you to unsubscribe to future email promotions if you decide to do so at a later date.
