Your Real-World Case Study Scenario

You will be part of a project team tasked with completing development of a software-driven hardware component that serves as the base for two new product lines.

Begin your work in Week 1 of the project with a target delivery date of 21 weeks from the start of the project. You’ll be required to use every tool of project management you’ve learned along the way, and every teamwork-oriented concept you’ve been exposed to in order to complete this project within the expected quality, budget, and time frame.

You’ll have at your disposal both the immediate physical team in the classroom, as well as up to 20 virtual team members all with true-to-life personality profiles and characteristics. It falls to your judgment and experience to create the best team from the available employees and contractors available to you. You will have to perform at your highest level since the Division Director is very keen on a successful project!
